Adults

I offer a free twenty-minute telephone consultation for anyone wishing to explore the option of counselling. This will help you decide if you feel ready for counselling and whether I am the right therapist for you.

Counselling session fees – Adults

£45 per hour, with a cancellation fee of £15 if less than 48hrs notice given.
I offer concessional rates when availability allows, please contact me for details.

Young people 13 to 18 years old.

I offer a free twenty-minute telephone consultation, followed up with a thirty-minute face to face meeting with the young person and parent/guardian. This is at a reduced rate of £15, to help decide whether counselling is the best thing for your child right now.
